Engineering
CACPL's Innovation Engineering Department (IED) has a team of professional and technically expert engineers who specialise in technical cost estimation, tool crib management, 3D modelling for complex parts processes, fixture and tooling design, CNC programming for machining purposes, and machine simulation using EDGECAM. In all stages of machining processes, CACPL's IED team strives for Kaizen (Japanese term meaning "change for the better"), which is a key contributor to organisational growth.
We have a tool Crib Management facility where cutting tools, fixtures, and all other machining accessories are maintained effectively in automated Vertical storage with system control.
